Fabulous Fish Baby Food Recipes

Simple to prepare and full of goodness, these fish baby food recipes make complete, healthy meals for your little seafood connoisseur!

You can introduce fish to your baby’s diet, with your doctor’s consent, from about 6-7 months of age – but, as with all new foods, don’t forget to apply the four day rule.

NOTE: Be EXTREMELY careful to remove all bones from the fish. We have found bones in many pieces of fish sold as ‘boneless’ – so check before cooking and again afterwards (sometimes the bones are easier to spot when the fish is cooked).
