Introducing to you all my boy, Brycen Ting – this was him at 6 months and 2 weeks old. He’s a very active and happy boy. I’m so excited about feeding him with all the solid food!
When he was 4 months old, I started reading books about baby’s solid food and surfing online for tips from experienced mommies and daddies!
So, when the time came… I was ready to prepare some nice solid food for him!
Today, I prepared brown rice for him. From what I understood from the research, brown rice is full of vitamins that a baby needs!
First, I prepared a small cup of brown rice and washed it clean 3 times. Then, I cooked it with plain water for about 30 minutes, until it turned into porridge! Lastly, I blended it in the blender until it became a smooth creamy foam.
The extra I can keep in the freezer using an ice cube tray with cover. It lasts for about 7 days at the most.
